1 16 oz container cottage cheese (may use a full container)
1 20 oz can crushed pineapple (or two 14 oz containers)
2 cups pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 large package lime gelatin
1 large package lemon gelatin
4 cups boiling water
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9 x 13 inch cake pan, place the pineapple, nuts and cottage cheese evenly over the bottom. In a separate pan, dissolve both boxes of Jello into the 4 cups water. Add ice cream and stir until melted. When ice cream is melted, pour over the cottage cheese, pineapple, and nut mixture. Let set. May also be divided evenly into two 9 x 13 in pans.
