6 large potatoes, 1/4 in slices
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1 ham steak or leftover ham, cut into cubes
1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans milk
Seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Layer potatoes, onions, and ham in slow cooker.
2. Mix soup, milk, and seasoning and pour over potato mixture.
3. Cover and cook on high approx 3 1/2 hours until potatoes are fork tender. Turn to low and cook approximately 1 hour longer.
Variation: Use 1/2 water and 1/2 milk and add 1 cup cheddar cheese. May also add broccoli near the end of cooking time.
