2 cans low fat cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup fat free sour cream
1 package (6 oz) seasoned long-grain and wild rice mix
OR 1 cup rice
4 or more carrots, sliced
4 skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the soup, sour cream, water, rice and carrots in a slow cooker. Add chicken and turn to coat.
2. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours or until done. Check once or twice and add water as needed.
