2-15 oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2-14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes w/onions, drained
1-11 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
1-7 oz. can mild, diced green chilies
1/2 c. fresh cilantro, chopped
1/4 c. green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
Hot pepper sauce, to taste

Directions:

Toss all ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours. Serve as a side or as a dip for chips. Add sour cream, if desired.
