1 lb. ground beef
Onion
Garlic
Beef Bouillon cube
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
heaping T. sour cream
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown 1 lb. ground beef with onion and garlic; drain. Add 1 beef bouillon cube, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 c. milk, heaping tablespoon of sour cream, salt and pepper. Simmer. Serve over noodles or potatoes. Can substitute the ground beef with sirloin steak cubes.
