7 T red wine vinegar
5 T salad oil
3 T cut up, peeled fresh ginger
1 tsp garlic salt
8 T crushed pineapple
3 T sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a blender, combine vinegar, oil and ginger. Blend well on high speed (15 seconds). Add salt, pineapple and sugar. Blend for another 15 seconds. Refrigerate unused portion.
