3/4 C. uncooked Rice.
12 oz. can Corned Beef, chopped
1/4 lb. processed American Cheese (like Velveeta), cubed
10-3/4 oz. Cream of Chicken Soup
1 C. Milk
1/4-1/2 C. chopped Onion
3/4 C. Buttered Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to package directions.
Combine Corned Beef, Cheese, Cream of Chicken Soup, Milk and Onions.
In a greased 2-quart casserole, alternate layers of Rice followed by the Corned Beef mixture, end with a layer of the Corned Beef mixture. Sprinkle the top of the casserole with the Buttered Crumbs.
Bake at 375º for 1 hour.
Garnish with chopped Parsley and sliced Olives, if desired.
