Ingredients:  
2 Pheasants, deboned
Mix the following ingredients thoroughly:
4 ounce creamed horseradish
1-2 cups chicken broth
1 pint half and half

Brown deboned pheasants 1-2 minutes
in hot butter with lemon pepper-copious
Add 1 clove garlic, crushed
Place in large baking dish or casserole

Pre-heat oven 350º
Place all ingredients in baking dish and cover with liquid ingredients.
Bake covered for 1 hour then add 1 cup white wine and mix and cover.
Turn heat down to 300º for 1 hour or until birds are done.
