1 pkg. ( 30oz.) frozen shredded hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in greased casserole and mix well. Spread evenly. Bake, uncovered for 1 hour @ 350º or until heated through. Sprinkle with crushed cornflakes and drizzle with melted butter before baking in desired.
