1 lb fully cooked ham
1 cup cream-style (small curd) cottage cheese
2-3 oz cream cheese (cut up)
1/2 tsp crushed dried basil
1/2 tsp paprika
2+ cups frozen, loose, thawed hash browns
1 cup shredded mozzarella chess (divided)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ham into bite size strips, set aside. Stir together cottage cheese, cream cheese, basil and paprika. In baking dish place 1 1/2 cups hash browns, spread cream cheese mix on top. Sprinkle ham on top. Sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded cheese over the layers. Top with remaining hash browns.
Bake, uncovered-400 º for 35-40 minutes. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese, return to oven till cheese is melted.

Good way to use ham left-over's or buy ham cubes at the store. Don't be leary of the cottage cheese- you'll never know it's in there. It just makes it smooth and creamy.
