3 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter (not margarine)
1 cup flour

Filling:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
7-8 ounces cooked salmon (if in a can, drained)
2 tablespoons chicken broth
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dill

Directions:

In mixing bowl, beat the 3 ounces cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add flour and mix well. Shape into 24 balls, press into the bottom and up the sides of greased miniature muffin cups. Bake at 350º 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 5 minutes, remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely.
For filling, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add salmon, broth, sour cream, onion, lemon juice and salt. Mix well. Spoon into shells and refridgerate at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with dill.
I usually double this recipe.
