Cream Puff Crust:
Heat oven to 400 º.
1 cup water
1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
4 eggs

Heat water and butter to rolling boil. Add flour and stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs all at one time. Beating until smooth. Spread in ungreased jelly roll pan. Bake for 30 minutes.
Tap crust with fork to flatten

Topping:
Blend in blender
8 ounce package cream cheese
3 cups milk
Add 2 packages vanilla instant pudding.
Blend until smooth.
Pour over cooled crust and top with 8 ounces Cool Whip.
Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
