2 Tbsp. Butter
2 Tbsp. Flour
1 C. Chicken Broth
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1-1/4 C. Cheddar Cheese, Shredded (Divided)
1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
10 oz. pkg. Broccoli Spears, Cooked per pkg. directions
1-1/2 C. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast, Cooked and Chopped
8 Crepes (See Separate Recipe or purchase pre-made Crepes in the grocery store)

Melt Butter in saucepan. Add flour to melted Butter and stir, cook for a few minutes. Add Worcestershire and Chicken Broth. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Stir in 1 C. shredded Cheddar Cheese and stir to melt. Stir in Sour Cream.
Lay out the Crepes and divide the Broccoli Spears evenly among the 8 Crepes (~2 Spears/Crepe)down the center of each Crepe. Divide the Chicken evenly among the 8 Crepes, on top of the Broccoli Spears. Ladle 2 Tbsp. of the Cheese sauce over the Broccoli and Chicken on each Crepe.
Fold the right side of the Crepe over the Broccoli and Chicken, then fold the left side of the Crepe over the right side (like a burrito), and roll-up. Lay Crepes seam side down in an oven-proof dish. Drizzle the remaining Cheese sauce over the Crepes. Sprinkle the top with remaining shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes, until hot and cheese is melted.

If you have oval au gratin dishes and you want to be fancy, you could cook the crepes in individual dishes. Using store purchased crepes will make this a quick and easy recipe, if you are pressed for time. This can be made ahead and refrigerated until ready to bake.
