1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons peach gelatin
yellow food coloring
baked pie crust
fresh peaches
Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar and cornstarch together in pan. Bring to a boil and cook until clear. Remove frm heat and add gelatin and food coloring. Stir until dissolved.
Cool. Pour over sliced peaches in pastry.
Refrigerate. Top with whip cream.
