Spaghetti and Clam Sauce Recipe

2 cans of whole baby clams...drained but save the juice
2 cans of chopped clams
3 T. of Olive oil
2 garlic cloves shopped
1/8 c. of lour
1/2 c. of fr4esh lemon juice
1/2 c. of snipped fresh parsley
1 lb of spaghetti
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
fry garlic in olive oil for about 1 minute
Remove from heat and let cool.
Stir in the flour to the garlic and oil to make a paste.
Add parsley, lemon juice and clam juice.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 5 minutes
Add Parmesan and simmer 3 more minutes.
Add clams and stir and simmer for 2 minutes
Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles and add more grated cheese if desired.

Angie said to taste before you serve to guests because it is easy to mess this recipe up! Serve with salad and crusty bread....mmmm...also season to taste with salt and pepper or...Tony's!!!!!!!!!!
