4 c. flour
1 c. salt
8 T cream of tartar
4 c. water
4 T. oil
Food coloring or koolaid
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in a large pan. Blend in remaining ingredients and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly. When mixture resembles playdough consistency, remove from heat and knead thoroughly. Separate into desired amounts, add different colors, and knead again. Store in airtight containers or ziplock bags.
