1 can Pillsbury Grand Biscuits
1/2 lb. Italian Pork Sausage
1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Onion- optional
Red pepper- optional
1 1/2 cups pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. In skillet, cook sausage, onion and red pepper over medium heat until sausage is no longer pink. Cool 10 minutes.

Separate dough on a greased cookie sheet; press each biscuit into 6-inch round. Top half of each biscuit with sausage mixture, sprinkle on mozzarella and Parmesan cheese to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Fold dough over filling; press edges with a fork to seal. Sprinkle tops with cheese.

Back 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm calzones with warmed pizza dipping sauce.
