6 slices bacon
1 tbsp. oil
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 onion (sliced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp. Add onions and garlic until transparent. Place into separate dish. Saute chicken in bacon grease (add oil if needed) until chicken is cook through. Place chicken in covered baking dish then spoon bacon and onion mixture top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes.
