"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 c. plain white rice
1 large pkg. of chicken pieces (legs, breasts, etc.)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 envelope onion soup mix
2 soup cans water

Directions:
Directions:
In a large greased covered casserole dish. Place rice then chicken. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl then pour over rice and chicken. The mixture looks disgusting but it'll be good (trust me). Cover and bake at 350 for at least 1 hr 20 min. Check to make sure chicken is cooked thoroughly, and serve.
