dry:
1 2/3 c. white sugar
3/4 c. baking cocoa
1 1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. shopped nuts or chocolate chips (we prefer the choc. chips)
Wet:
3/4 c. melted margarine
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla

mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add wet ingredients. Stir well. fill greased mini muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 350º for 10-15 min or until toothpick comes out clean when inserted.

This recipe was originally meant to be given as a gift. The dry ingredients can be poured into a jar one at a time to create a nice layered effect. Then give the jar with the recipe as a quick brownie mix.
