10 Slices Bread Cubed (crusts removed)
2/3 Lb. Velvetta Cheese
6 slices Bacon cooked and chopped
10 Eggs beaten
4 Cups Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cube bread and place in bottom of greased 11X13 baking pan.
Place Velvetta cheese slices over cubed bread and sprinkle bacon over all.
Beat eggs and milk and pour over bread, cheese and bacon.
Cover and let stand overnight in the refrigerator.
Bake uncovered for 1 to 1 1/2 hours in a 350º oven until firm.
Cool slightly before cutting.
Will serve 10 to 12 people.
Ham or Sausage may be used instead of bacon. Remove all grease from any meat used.

This is a great breakfast meal. Just add sweet rolls and juice and you have breakfast done with very little preparation time.
