1 Quart Non-Fat Plain or flavored Yogurt
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Cup Peanut Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Will be liquid.
Pour into cups with tight covers and freeze.

You can buy cupettes which have covers and 1/4 cup capacity at JoAnn Fabrics in Jewelry section.
This recipe will fill at least 24 containers.

This is a special treat for our dog. When we have ice cream he gets his Frosty Paws treat also. I have used different flavors of Yogurt but always Non-fat.
