Pork butt or pork shoulder
Onion, cut up
8-ounce can tomato sauce
Salt & pepper
String beans (fresh or frozen)
Garlic, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pork into bite-sized pieces; brown with onion; add salt, pepper, garlic, tomato sauce. Add a little water, and string beans. Simmer until meat is tender. Serve over hot rice. Pass extra garlic salt at serving time.
