2 tbsp. Dijonnaise mustard
1 clove crushed garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients.
Serve with 1 head romaine lettuce, 1 cup croutons, 2 slices cooked, crumbled, bacon, and grated mozzarella.
