1 bunch of collard greens
2 Tbsp pine nuts (toasted 5 min.)
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 c. raisins
2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic in olive oil. Add rinsed, damp greens to skillet. Cover and cook 2 min. Add raisins and pine nuts. Stir, cover, and cook 2 min. Stir in vinegar and cook 2 min. longer.
