1/4 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 - 15 oz. cans cannellini beans rinsed and drained
1 c. vegetable broth
1 - 14 oz. can stewed tomatoes, chopped, with juice
4 fresh sage leaves
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil, cook garlic until browned lightly.
Add rest of ingredients. Cook at med. high heat.
Break up tomatoes. Reduce heat to med. low and simmer uncovered until thickened, approx. 20 min.
