1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 - 14 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 c. salsa
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Monterey jack cheese, shredded or sliced
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp lime juice
4 burrito shells

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together spinach, beans, salsa, and spices.
Place in burrito shells. Add slices of Monterey jack cheese inside and roll shells closed. Spread sour cream with lime juice on top of shells. Top with another slice of cheese.
Bake at 350º for 20 min.
