1 - 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 lb. Monterey jack or Swiss cheese shredded
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs beaten
1 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of ground nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach and drain. Squeeze until barely moist. Combine rest of ingredients. Pour in 9 in. deep dish pie plate coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350º 55 to 60 min. until set.
Let stand 5 min. before serving.
165 calories per serving.
