1 cut up chicken (or canned chicken)
1 lb. thin spaghetti broken into 2" pieces
2 cans 10 3/4 oz. each of cream of mushroom soup or you can use 1 can of mushroom and 1 can of cream of chicken (cut in chunks)
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion finely chopped
1/4 cup finely dices green peppers (optional)
1 jar 4oz. diced pimientos diced (optional)
1 teaspoon season salt (Lawyers)
freshly ground pepper
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Remove from cooked chicken 2 cups of broth and add water and cook spaghetti If I use canned chicken I use
canned chicken broth.
Mix spaghetti, soup and 2 cups shredded cheese, onion, green pepper, pimiento season salt and pepper.
Add chicken and broth, stir together, pour in baking dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 35-45 minutes. Be sure to have enough moisture.
