2 1/2 quarts of sliced pickling cucumbers
3 med sized onions sliced

3 C cider vinegar
3 C sugar
1 1/3 tsp of mustard seeds
1 1/3 celery seed
1 1/3 tsp of tumeric
Add a little less than 1/3 C of pickling salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place cucumbers and onions in layers in a gallon glass jar.
2. Mix together the next 6 ingredients and bring to boil on the stove in a pot.
3. Pour the mixture over the cucumbers and onions.
4. Cover and let cool, when cool place in the fridge.
5. Stir everyday for 5 days in a glass jar, then ready to eat.
6. These will last 9-12 months in the fridge
