Canola or olive oil - 1 tsp.

3 boneless,skinless chicken breasts

Cornstarch - 1 tbsp
Chicken broth - 1 can
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Prepared garlic - 1 tsp.
Ground ginger - 1 tsp.
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp.

Small onion - 1
Broccoli flowerets - 1 cup
Red Pepper - 1/2
Green Pepper - 1/2
Mushrooms - 10

Package of Shanghai Noodles - 1

Heat oil in wok or non-stick pan at med-high.

Cut chicken into bite size pieces and add to pan as you chop. Stir until meat is no longer pink.

Combine, in this order : cornstarch, gradually stir in broth, add soya sauce, garlic, ginger and brown sugar. Stir until smooth to make the sauce. Set aside.

Cut onion, broccoli, peppers and mushrooms into bite size pieces and add to chicken and you chop. Toss for 2 - 3 minutes.

Rinse noodles in a colander under warm water, separating them with your fingers. Add noodles and the sauce to pan and stir until hot.
