All Purpose Flour - 2 cups
Baking Powder - 1 tbsp.
Salt - 1/2 tsp.

Water - 2/3 cup
Cooking Oil - 1 tbsp.

Directions:
Directions:
Stir flour, baking powder and salt together.

Add water and cooking oil. Stir to form soft ball. Knead on lightly floured surface 8 to 10 times. Roll out and press in greased pizza pan, forming ridge around edge.

For wheat pizza crust, use whole wheat flour for half of all-purpose flour called for.

This is quicker to prepare than a yeast crust. Use with Ketchup Pizza Sauce and Western Pizza recipe provided. We usually have this for Christmas breakfast or "just because"
