1 bag spinach or 1 lb greens
(spinach, romaine, baby greens)
1 pt strawberries (more if you want)
1 oz walnuts or pecans (optional)
Dressing:
1/4 c oil
1/2 c cider vinegar
1/2 c sugar
1 T poppy seeds
1/4 tsp worchestershire sauce
Linda Meinking Thayer adds:
2 T sesame seeds
2 tsp minced onions
1/4 tsp paprika



Directions:
Directions:
Place spinach, strawberries and walnuts in bowl.
Mix dressing ingredients (30 sec in blender) and pour on salad immediately before serving. Dressing can be made day ahead.
