2-3 lbs. lean ground beef
1 medium onion chopped (optional)
seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, garlic powder etc.)
1 bag frozen vegetables (corn, peas, mixed)
2 cans of creamed soup (your choice)
1/4 c. milk (optional)
1 package frozen Tater Tots or No Name
1 c. shredded cheese (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble and gently press raw ground beef into a 9 x 13" casserole or pan.
Cover with chopped onions (or only on one side).
Salt, pepper & season to liking.
Combine soup & milk and spread on top of meat.
Cover with the frozen vegetables (if using 2 different veggies, put one on each side).
Arrange the Tater Tots touching to cover.
Bake @350º for 45 - 60 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese on top of Tate Tots the last 5 minutes of baking to melt.
Let stand 5 - 10 minutes and serve. mmmm

This is always a hit...You can adjust the amounts and size of dish to suit. Makes a great to take casserole as well. Due to food preferences, you can create 2 varieties, by arranging certain toppings on one side (they say it's an allergy!!) Try adding green peppers, mushrooms, carrots etc. enjoy!
