1 French bread loaf
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped strawberries
1/4 c. chopped banana
6 eggs
3/4 c. milk
syrup or strawberry sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut bread into eight 1 1/2" slices and make a pocket in each slice. Combine jam, cream cheese, berries and bananas in bowl. Place heaping tablespoon of jam mixture in pocket of each slice. Beat eggs and milk together and soak each side of bread pockets in mixture. In buttered skillet toast the bread pockets until browned. Serve with syrup or strawberry sauce.
