2 c. sm. broccoli flowerettes
10 green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. sliced smoked salmon in 1" pieces
2 c. grated Monterey jack cheese
8 oz. cream cheese, cu into 1/4-1/2" pieces
8 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. buttermilk baking mix
salt and pepper

Directions:
Butter 9X13 baking dish. Arrange broccoli and half of green onions evenly over bottom of dish. Sprinkle with smoked salmon, jack cheese, cream cheese pieces and remaining half of green onions. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Mix eggs milk, baking mix, salt and pepper in blender until smooth. Pour batter over salmon mixture. Bake until set about 30 minutes.
