1 French bread loaf, sliced/crusts
removed
3 c. grated Monterey jack cheese
3 c. cooked sausage, well drained
1 can green chiles
1 8 oz. can sliced mushrooms
3 c. half and half
9 eggs
1 t. salt
1 t. Beau Monde
1/2 t. Worcestershire sauce
3 dashes tabasco sauce
1/2 t. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Butter bread and completely cover bottom of 9x13 pan with the bread. Layer cheese, sausage, chiles and mushrooms over bread. Combine and pour over the layered mixture the half and half, eggs, salt, Beau Monde, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco and mustard. Cover and refrigerate overnight and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
