1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 t. cinnamon
3 apples (yellow delicious, pippin)
1/2 c. dried cranberries
1 French bread loaf
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 T. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, butter and 1 t. cinnamon in a 9x13 baking dish. Add apples and cranberries; toss to coat well. Spread apple mixture over bottom of baking dish. Arrange 1" bread slices over apple mixture. Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and remaining 2 t. cinnamon until well blended. Pour mixture over the bread, soaking the bread completely. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, covered with foil in 375 degree oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
