Ingredients:
1 large package skinless chicken breasts
2 boxes fettuccine
2 2-pound boxes Velveeta cheese
1 large can creme of mushroom soup
1 large can milk
1-2 pounds shrimp
1-2 pounds crawfish tails

1/2 cup celery
1/2 cup onion
1/2 stick butter
1 large package shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil skinless chicken breasts adding season-all to taste. Boil fettuccine in chicken broth after removing chicken. Slice Velveeta cheese into small chunks and add large can of creme of mushroom soup and an equivalent amount of milk. Stir all on low fire until cheese is melted; be careful not to scorch sauce. Saute shrimp and craw fish tails in butter with onions, bell pepper and celery if desired. Season to taste using Creole seasoning. Once this is ready, layer the drained noodles in a large glass rectangular dish. Spread the meat over it and pour the cheese sauce, poking it with a fork to make sure the cheese is well saturated into the dish. Lastly, sprinkle with shredded cheese (your choice) and bake for about ten (10) minutes to just melt the shredded cheese. Keep dish warm for serving. Makes two (2) rectangular dish sizes for large dinner.
Approximately 16 Servings.
