1 1/2 pound boneless chicken breast and/or thighs
1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons oil (or oil spray)
1 10 3/4-ounce can low fat chicken and rice soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the flour, salt, dry mustard, and garlic powder. Coat the chicken with this mixture. Brown in the oil in a large skillet. Place the meat and the soup in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (or on high for 3 1/2 hours). Serve over cooked rice or, as is, straight from the crock pot.
