2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 small (15-oz.) cans or 1 large (30 oz.) can of pumpkin
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts

Calories per serving: 650

Preheat oven to 350º.
Combine well, in a large mixing bowl: sugar, salt, flour, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, soda and baking powder. Add the eggs, oil and pumpkin and mix well. Fold in the raisins and walnuts. Again, mix well. Bake in three greased loaf pans for one hour or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
