Cream cheese, softened
Ortega Taco Sauce
Red and Green Peppers, chopped
Onions, chopped
Shredded Cheddar Cheese,
Black Olives, sliced (optional)
Taco Chips or Scoop Corn Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Spread softened cream cheese on a pie plate or small pizza pan. Top with taco sauce, followed by a layer of peppers, onions, cheese and olives. Serve with chips as a dip.

My Aunt Kim gave me this recipe around 1986 and I have been making it ever since. Great appetizer to bring to parties. Very easy to make.
