2 (1.5 lb) fresh lobsters
2 tbsp butter (do not use margarine)
4 tbsp flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/4 c. Provolone cheese, grated
3 tbsp white wine
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
1 lb. fettuccine, cooked & drained
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook & remove meat from lobsters. Melt butter in saucepan.Stir in flour until smooth. Add milk & stir constantly until thickened. Add cheeses, wine & seasonings. Continue cooking until smooth. Mix in the lobster meat. Serve over fettuccine. Serves 4.

Depending on your taste you can add more garlic to the dish. I prefer 2 cloves. Serve with garlic bread.
