2 1/2 C warm water, 1 pkg. yeast, 2 T sugar, 1 t salt, 7 C flour and 2 egg whites (well beaten).

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine yeast, water, sugar and salt. Stir until dissolved gradually add sifted flour and mix until well blended. Knead 10 min. on well floured surface until dough is smooth. Let rise in warm place until doubled in size in bulk. Push down and place on floured surface knead 3 or 4 times to remove air and divide into 4 equal parts. Shape into loaves and place in well greased pans. Slash tops and brush top with egg white. Let rise until double in bulk and bake 15 min @ 450º or 30 min @ 350º makes 4 loaves.ºº

wrap extra loaves in aluminum foil and freeze. To reverse warm in foil 20 min @ 350
