Ingredients:
1 pound baby cut carrots
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Caraway Seed (or more depending on taste - this is what makes this recipe so good)
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
In a large frying pan, saute the carrots in the butter until hot and slightly soft (the carrots are much better if more firm than too soft.) Add in a few drops of water, if needed. Add the brown sugar, caraway and the ginger (add a bit more butter, if needed.) Mix together and glaze the carrots cooking a few more minutes. Serve immediately.
