4-5 egg whites
1/4 cup shredded cheese
1/4 hot salsa
1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 cup cooked ground beef and black bean mix
4 soft taco shells ( I like Ancient Grains)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the above ingredients in a large frying pan (minus the taco's of course). Cook for about five minutes until no longer wet and let sit for 2 minutes. Then enjoy. Can be served with low fat sour cream and cilantro.
