3 cups of cabbage, chopped in small pieces
1 cup cooked rice
1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
1 can tomato sauce + 1 can of water
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 T. lemon juice
3/4 c. diced onion
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:

Spray bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Layer cabbage.
Combine remaining ingredients and spread on top of cabbage. Bake at 350º for 50-60 minutes.
