- 6 eggs
- 3 6-oz cans of Hunts (plain) tomato sauce
- Black pepper (dash or to taste)
- Oregano (dash or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (or to taste)
- (Typically salt is not required as the tomato sauce contains enough salt)

Directions:
Directions:
- Combine tomato sauce, oregano, olive oil, black pepper in a skillet and simmer on medium low for 10 minutes.
- Break the eggs on top of the simmering sauce, keeping eggs whole.
- Simmer covered for additional 5 minutes until eggs are desired consistency.
- Serve warm with Italian bread on the side.

A dish my folks would occasionally make for dinner. It's very simple, but I loved it. Serving with fresh Italian bread slices is an absolute must!
