2 Pita breads, flour tortillas, or pizza crust
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp dried or fresh basil
1 thinly sliced onion
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 500º
Brush Pitas, tortillas or pizza crusts with the oil or both sides
Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with basil. Separate the onion slices into their individual layers. Arrange the toppings- onions, mozzarella, tomatoes.
Bake for 10 minutes or until tomatoes look dry and cheese is brown.
