1, 6 ounce package of gourmet dark chocolate chips
2 eggs
3 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons Rum or Cointreau
3/4 cup scalded whole milk (add in some 1/2 & 1/2)
whipped cream
shaved bitter chocolate or nuts.

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve chocolate and instant coffee in scalded milk. Add other ingredients and blend in blender at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into demitasse cups. Chill three hours in refrigerator. To serve, top with whipped cream and shaved bitter chocolate.
